Technology

Dr. Brandon Cook at Cook Orthodontics of Dublin uses the latest in technology ranging from orthodontic materials and x-ray technology to 3D scan and print technology in our office and lab. These include digital radiographs in two-dimensional and three-dimensional views and intraoral scanners that capture three-dimensional images of teeth and gums that can be turned into printable models. 99% of our models are made digitally but if an impression is required, the impression materials that we use set-up faster than their predecessors and come in a variety of flavors.

Our goal is to use materials and equipment to help make our patients’ orthodontic experience comfortable, convenient, efficient and successful. Using the Damon System braces, Invisalign Aligners, Conceal Aligners, Temporary Anchorage Devices (TAD’s) and custom appliances such as palate expanders, Carriere and Herbst appliances gives Dr. Cook the tools necessary to reach your smile goals. Our custom in-house lab guided by Dr. Cook’s instruction makes retainers and appliances so they fit to perfection.

Using the most technologically advanced materials is only one part of the process. The use of those materials and appliances are backed by the experience and knowledge in how to use them properly for the best possible outcome. Our staff is well-trained and experienced in their areas of expertise and can answer questions that patients have during every step of their orthodontic treatment journey with us.
