Joelle
As Director of Operations and Treatment Coordinator, Joelle’s role in the practice is multi-
faceted. In her role as the Director of Operations, Joelle develops and brings to life promotional
material for the practice and assists with marketing. Her primary focus as a Treatment
Coordinator is educating patients on the benefits of orthodontics while assisting the doctor at
new patient exams. Her listening and communications skills allow her to understand her
patients’ needs and help facilitate a plan to accomplish their smile goals. An industry veteran,
Joelle has two decades of experience in orthodontic operations, and continues her passion for
quality orthodontics.
In her free time, Joelle enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys. She loves
sports and cheers on the Buckeyes and the Bengals. Her ideal vacation is anywhere with
sunshine and the ocean.
